Do you offer part exchange?
Yes we will consider any vehicle in part exchange.
What documentation do I need for my part exchange?
· Registration document (V5)
· MOT certificate
· Any relevant service history for the car.
· Any spare keys
Do you offer finance?
We can provide very competitive finance subject to status, nil deposit available and up to 60 months to pay. Lease purchase packages also available for lower monthly payments on certain cars. Please ask for a quotation.
Can I arrange my finance with you prior to visiting?
To save time we can arrange finance for you over the telephone or by completing our on line appliaction form.
I want to buy a car but I have outstanding finance on my old car?
Outstanding finance is not a problem. We can settle any outstanding finance (sometimes even if you owe more than the value of your car) often upgrading your car with no higher monthly payments and no cash deposit. All we ask is that you get a settlement figure from your current finance company prior to our discussions.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Their is no need to book an appointment unless you would like to buy before viewing so that the car is ready for you to take away. This is ideal for those people who are travelling long distances to us.
What are your opening times?
We are open Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 10am-5pm, Sunday 10.30am-3.30pm and bank holdays 10am-4pm.
Do you offer a collection and delivery service?
If you cannot collect the car we may be able to arrange delivery to you, their may be a charge dependent on how far you are from us. Alternatively we can collect you from Bletchley train station or Luton airport.
How quickly can I have my new car?
Normally within 24 hours or the same day.
Do you offer free insurance?
Yes we can offer 7 days free insurance through Avviva. (Subject to certain conditions)
Does my car come with fuel?
Only what the previous owner has left, however you can pay us for any additional fuel you require.
What do I do if I find something wrong with my car?
If you have our WVS warranty call us on 01908-366668 we will arrange to inspect the car and let you know if the fault is covered. If you have a VGS / WMS extended warranty call 0844-4775004
Will my new car be serviced and what about MOT?
We service all cars over £2000 unless recently done elsewhere and a new MOT if less than 6 months still to run. Under £2000 cars include 12 months MOT.
What does the independent RAC inspection entail?
The RAC engineer will road test and check all the items shown on the RAC inspected page. His report will detail any faults which we will then rectify.
How much warranty is with the car?
All our cars come with a 1 month/1000 miles warranty with us unless still under the manufacturers warranty. You can also extend and upgrade the warranty for 6 / 12 or 24 months.
Do I need to pay a deposit to secure a car?
Yes. We require a £250 deposit to secure any car.
Is there a discount for cash?
With no part exchange their may be a small discount on price, however our cars are priced very competitively.
How can I pay for my car?
· Finance arranged with us
· Debit card with pin number
· Cash
· Bankers Draft
· Credit card with pin number (2.9% surcharge, 5% if Ammex card)
Do you accept personal cheques?
Yes, however you cannot collect your new car until it has cleared. This takes 7 bank working days
Can I get my car covered with life shine paint protection?
Yes prior to collection we can apply the starter kit for £129 and the full works for £199. See our offers and warranty page for further details.
Can you tax my new car?
Yes just let us know whether you want 6 or 12 months and we can add the cost to your invoice.
Are their any admin fees to pay?
There are no hidden admin charges when you buy a car from us
Can I take a test drive?
Yes you can test drive the car of your choice, we will need to accompany you for insurance purposes.
Do you have a good selection of cars?
We normally carry between 80-100 cars with around 25 being automatic, prices range from £1500 to £13000.
Can I park when I get to your site?
Yes we have off road parking available. If you should find it difficult to park on a busy day one of our staff will be happy to park your car for you while you browse our stock.
